Welcome to CanadianCellParts.com. Please review the following terms and conditions (‘Terms of Use’) that govern your use and purchase of products (collectively, ‘Use’) of our Site. Your Use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms of Use.

Please review the following terms and conditions (‘Terms of Use’) and our other policies that govern your visit to our Site and your use and purchase of products from our Site (collectively, ‘Use’). Your Use of our Site constitutes your acceptance of, and agreement to follow and be bound by, such policies and by the Terms of Use. CanadianCellParts.com reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter or update our Site, policies and these Terms of Use.

When you use any CanadianCellParts.com product or service, or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

If you create an account on CanadianCellParts.com, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may create/use a CanadianCellParts.com account only with involvement of a parent or guardian. CanadianCellParts.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that appear as part of this site (collectively, the “Contents”) are CanadianCellParts.com’s intellectual property and protected by copyright, trademark trade dress and/or other intellectual property laws. The Contents are owned, controlled or licensed by CanadianCellParts.com and its subsidiaries (collectively, “CanadianCellParts.com.”). The site as a whole is protected by copyright and trade dress, all worldwide rights, titles and interests in and to which are owned by CanadianCellParts.com.

You may not download, copy, reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents, the site, or any related software.

We currently accept payment via PayPal, eTransfer, VISA and Mastercard.

Only parts in new, unused condition may be returned to CanadianCellParts.com. Make sure to inspect your parts carefully upon receipt. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 10 days of the original receipt date. All non-defective parts returned to CanadianCellParts.com for a refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, minimum of $5.00 (NO EXCEPTIONS). You must contact CanadianCellParts.com, by completing the Contact Us form or via email, to obtain a return authorization (RMA). A Return Authorization number does not imply that credit or an exchange will be issued. It is only an authorization to return a part to us for evaluation. We reserve the right to reject any return based on its condition or non-compliance with our return policy. CanadianCellParts.com is not responsible for parts returned without an authorization form. Any part returned to CanadianCellParts.com without the proper authorization and paperwork included will either incur an additional restocking fee or be returned to the sender at his or her own cost. All return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not offer any return, refund, or exchange on repair tools that we sell.

Shipping and insurance costs associated with returns are firmly the responsibility of the sender. As the return shipper you are responsible for making sure that the return package arrives to us safely, and without damage. CanadianCellParts.com does, however, share the shipping costs associated with a return for a replacement. The customer is responsible for the return shipping and insurance (WE DO NOT ACCEPT C.O.D DELIVERIES), while CanadianCellParts.com will handle the costs associated with shipping the replacement part(s). We cannot offer everyday low, competitive prices, and absorb the full cost of handling return shipments.

If you have placed an order and need to cancel it for any reason please contact us immediately. Once an order is in shipped status it cannot be canceled. All cancelations will incur a 10% or $2.50, whichever is greater, cancelation fee. All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to apply these changes free of charge after a certain point.

All parts purchased from CanadianCellParts.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such parts pass to you upon our delivery to the courier.

CanadianCellParts.com provides a 90-day limited exchange warranty on all parts it sells. CanadianCellParts.com does not control the use of the parts it sells; therefore, there are no express warranties other then as stated for any particular part. We disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability or of fitness for any particular purpose. Since CanadianCellParts.com cannot control the manner in which the parts it sells are used after their sale, we are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages. The warranty provided does not apply to a part if damaged by improper use, abuse, neglect, careless handling, or improper installation. The warranty is at CanadianCellParts.com’s sole discretion and only applies to exchanges for the same part.

CanadianCellParts.com is updated frequently to insure that you will view the latest products and pricing available. When placing an order you are agreeing to the listed price. No price adjustments can be made after an order is placed.

CanadianCellParts.com attempts to be as accurate as possible and continually reviews CanadianCellParts.com for any mistakes or misrepresentations. However, CanadianCellParts.com does not warrant that all product descriptions or other content is error-free. If a part offered by CanadianCellParts.com is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Part availability on CanadianCellParts.com, while very accurate, is not assured. If parts are not available by the time your order processes, we will notify you of this via e-mail. You can always verify availability by calling Customer Service in Western Canada at 1.604.721.8495 or in Eastern Canada at 1.647.860.2271 You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail once your parts have shipped.

EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, THIS SITE, ALL CONTENTS AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN ‘AS IS’ BASIS. CANADIANCELLPARTS.COM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. These Terms of Use constitute an agreement that is effective unless and until terminated by CanadianCellParts.com. If in CanadianCellParts.com’s sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement, CanadianCellParts.com may deny you access to the Site. In the event of denial of access by CanadianCellParts.com, you are no longer authorized to access the Site, and the restrictions imposed upon you with respect to material copied or downloaded, and the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in these Terms of Use, shall continue in force. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and CanadianCellParts.com relating to the subject matter addressed herein.
