* Please print and enclose the RMA form in your package. Pack all items very well as we can’t accept returns on items that are physically damaged in return shipping. Ship items with tracking information for your records.

* 180 day warranty on parts for manufacturer defects only. Does not cover physical damage of any form. No scratches, damaged flex cables or broken LCDs are accepted.

* Refunds given as store credit or refund back to credit card automatically credited to your account.
